I attended Haberdasher Aske's and
Manchester High School before joining Unilever in 1965. In 1967 I joined the administrative HQ of what is now BT initially as Executive Officer responsible for tariffs, then as a Management Training Instructor and finally as Senior Executive Officer responsible for all the typing pools and admin support groups in central London. From 1977 in addition to raising a family I worked part-time in the front office of an estate agent and latterly as a school secretary. I returned to full-time employment in 1995 as Bursar of King's Manor School Guildford. In 1998 I was appointed Bursar of
Bohunt School Liphook and decided in 2001 to stop working 24/7. I then worked part time at St John's C of E Infant School in Churt before joining 4S.
My interests include: Internet, supporting Fulham football club, reading, keep fit and travel.
